2019 Spotlight on Acute & Critical Care

The Greater Washington Area Chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (GWAC-AACN) and Region IV invites you to attend our annual 2019 Spotlight on Acute and Critical Care Conference. This year the conference will be held on Friday, September 27,2019, from 7am-5pm, at Inova Fairfax Conference Center, 8100 Innovation Park Drive Fairfax, VA 22031. Each year nursing students, acute and critical care nurses and leaders attend this conference from Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Our conference includes topics surrounding the education, technology, and professional development related to the care of complex patients in the acute & critical care environment. The program highlights advances in complex patient assessment, innovations in patient management, evidence-based best practices and future directions of tertiary care.
