Required Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience with Hospice
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR or TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
• Have you spoke with a Relode Recruiter about this role?
• Have you applied to Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the last 6 months?

Preferred Qualifications
• Please provide your RN License Number.

Overview
Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients in Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Support patients in Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas
● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule

Schedule and Shift Details
● Full-time Monday- Friday 8a-5p. Currently their on-call rotation is only 1 weekend every 5-7 weeks depending on staffing. When it is their scheduled weekend, they are on-call Friday from 5pm-8am, Saturday & Sunday from 8pm-8am.

Travel
● Occasional local travel
