Camp Nurse New

For over 50 years we have had an RN in camp during our camp sessions.  The nurse plays a vital role as part of our administrative team that helps run camp.  They act as the lead medical person in caring for people in camp.  Most of the work is band aid and comfort.  The most important function is the administering of daily medications.  These medications range from Allergy to Behavioral.  Our campers come from middle to upper middle class homes and are in what can be called the “mainstream” population.
